Death in Aghanistan - The Grapes of Kadahar - 6/24/08 The young Soviet conscript was just a teenager reaching for fresh grapes, right of the vine, when a thunderous roar from the Afghan's Enfield 303 tore through his back splattering blood and tissue all over the grapes, turning them from a light green to dark red.
